Flapjacks

Ingredients
225g | Butter |
110g | Golden Syrup |
110g | Dark Brown Sugar |
180g | Jumbo Porridge Oats |
180g | (standard) Porridge Oats |
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 175°C. Grease a 200mm × 300mm rectangularbaking tin.
Put the butter, golden syrup and sugar into a pan and heat gently until all is liquid, then mix with all the oats. Put into the baking tin and press down flat (a platic spatula is useful). Bake in the centre of the oven at 175°C for about 30 mins.
